First pro start for Tukis- he was advertised a a power armed udfa from D2 Millersville. Fastball was 93-94 with a little sink and occasional good slider. Has a bit too much going on in his delivery and falls off the mound sometimes. This one is going to need some work.

9:51 and no minor league team has a loss yet. How did we get from no hits to 4 wins?

Escobar with a grand slam to tie it in the 9th, base hit by Dragoo to win it.

I love everything about Escobar’s swing- quiet, balanced, and explosive.

Dragoo’s not the most athletic looking guy, but at least in A ball seems to have a good ability to barrel the ball.

Conversely, Mathesom looks the part with his strength and build, but his swing looks like he’s just learning to hit left handed.

Side not- Tait’s caboose looks to be as wide as his broad shoulders. Huge.

I think Escobar will be in JS by June, the ball explodes off his bat, and combine that with his plate discipline - last year, 21 BB/10K in 98 PA in FCL.

Staying healthy has been his problem, but when you're 20, and have little more than 400 PA, mostly in the DL, you shouldn't look that comfortable hitting ML/AAA pitching in ST. He could be someone really special if he can stay on the field.
