Seth Johnson in relief last night. I always wondered if they would make the switch given that it is his last option year and his history of going deep in games is not extensive. Abel and obviously Painter are ahead of him as rotation depth. And I wonder if the move this week is a little bit about the Phillies casting a wary eye towards the ML bullpen. Or it could just be making room for Ranger of course.
Seth Johnson worked two innings of scoreless relief tonight for Lehigh Valley, including a pair of strikeouts … He sat 94-97, T98 and generated 5 whiffs on 10 swings … He did walk two, but an interesting true relief outing nonetheless

And Tait's HR. Crushed a center cut fastball on the first pitch.
Turn and burn for Eduardo Tait … He turns around a 94 mph fastball for a first inning, two-run homer for Clearwater, his fourth of the season … It goes 424 feet at 113.8 mph
