I hope many of my comments are posted in a thread 10 plus years from now similar to this one but about Kapler. I will gladly eat crow, if we build a small dynasty like the one from a decade ago.
Fans (not just phans) are always quick to break out the pitchforks and torches.
Both Charlie and Doug Pederson were just torched by anyone with a voice early in their tenures. Sometimes it isn't what you want, but what you need and these two hires prove that.
I'm sure - 100% sure - people were calling for Charlie's head in 2010 as well. He was not truly universally loved until it was through the rosey glow of history.
