Look at Altuve's number and get back to me. He took years to develop power and this year has 4 homers. Madrigal actually has an advanced hit tool and the ability to add power.

There is no magic here.

I also am not excited about Madrigal but let's not pretend what he is.

SA doesn't tell you about power, ISO does:
Madrigal .123, .152. ,168 with aluminum bats (they're deadened but still easier to use than wood).
BB% 6.8, 9.6, 8.9.
hasn't played in a wood bat summer league since starting college.
