OK - yesterday at work, I was asked to change my PW. So, on my home computer, I log in but the PW is not recognized.
I hit the message that will send me PW reset instructions.
Well, hours later, I am still waiting.
Fortunately, here at work, it is still accepting the PW, so I can post this.

How can I get the PW reset to arrive? I used both options - my ID as well as my email, too.

First - The board asked you to change your password? That's a behavior I've never seen, and wasn't aware could/would happen.

According to our logs, the board sent you two "forgot password" emails last evening (Wednesday), between 7 and 8 pm or so (Eastern time).

Have you been receiving other email from the board? Our email log indicates that the board sent you multiple emails between 1/21 and 1/25, because you were "watching" certain threads (Chris Carter), or were quoted. Did you receive those emails? If you did receive them...(just have to be sure here!)...you didn't tell your email system that they were "junk" or "spam," did you?

If you have not been receiving these emails, the board may have an old email address for you. The email isn't bouncing, so it's not a dead account, but it could be one you no longer use? I don't want to publish your email address in this message (you can PM me with what you think your email address is). The address we have for you is from a domain that sometimes is problematic

I did not receive emails. The second thing I did was check my Junk folder. The first was wait several minutes, hitting "Get New mail" with alacrity!
I've had this email for a very long time - 15 years or more.
Anyway, my old PW worked tonight, so 'm good for now, despite not understanding what happened.
