Those agreements are not binding and technically not allowed by baseball rules, if a player breaks theirs it can cause years of problem for the trainer and I am pretty sure that teams have a gentleman's agreement to not poach. Teams that break deals generally lack punishment, but it it can harm relationships and often there isn't other things to sign. Sasaki has thrown everything into chaos.

I'm a little surprised there haven't been any allocation trades. I guess it really is going to wait until Sasaki is ready and possibly only involve his chosen team, rather than the three teams trying to amass slots while they continue to pitch him. Though there's still time.

Otherwise, what is "up" is they might make a trade or they might sign a guy the Sasaki team dumps, but the fact that they are positioning themselves to do so doesn't mean they actually are/will.

Well I think Izaquirre is their top signing. so that is about $750K to $1 Mil. I think. Then Oropeza cost a decent chunk, then some others. I think there is about $2 mil. left.

This is seriously premature. There is a boatload of missing data here. We have seventeen names, but only four bonus amounts. You cannot draw any solid conclusions about how much is "left on the table" at this point.

Marrero, Velasquez, and Carpio are new. Still another $2+ million to account for though imagine they always leave 10%-20% of the pool for late signings if they can. Theoretically they would have some room to still trade allocations.
