That reminds me of one time when I was taking a walk on Main Street Manayunk in the early '00's. Tug McGraw and his wife were eating dinner at patio table outside a restaurant. If given the opportunity, I would have said "Hey Tug, thanks for 1980!" and gone on my way. However, there was some guy with his young son animatedly speaking with him. Though I could have been wrong, I presumed the guy was a fan. Tug smiled and engaged with him. Reaching the end of Main Street, I turned around to walk back the other way and passed by the table Tug was at several minutes later and this same guy was still there carrying on with him. At that point, I was annoyed and wanted to say to this guy "Dude, let the man enjoy dinner with his wife!"
