Good Sports Year So Far

As someone who lived through 1980 and saw history even though we lost 3 out of 4 championships, this year so far has been pretty good too.

Phillies got to the WS (yes, we lost)

Union got to the MLS championship (yes, we lost)

Now, the Eagles have reached the SB (I think we will win this one)

Meanwhile, the 76ers are 2nd in the East and playing well. Could they make it to the NBA Finals?

The Flyers, well, one cannot have everything in life. Until Comcast sells, I think we are doomed to bad hockey.

I moved back to Philadelphia on October 20, just saying.

(at the time the Flyers had even started 3-0 but we knew that wasn't going to last).

I always believed I was a curse. I loved to Pennsylvania right after the Sixers won in 1983. Took to 2008 for another championship.
