Everyone in the starting 8 above .300 OBP and .700 OPS. Haven't seen that often.

Putting Cabrera in the lineup for Kingery and then having Franco catch fire has certainly deepened the lineup.

I would probably say that they should use an option for Kingery or Crawford for the rest of the month to get them more playing time since that role (utility IF) now is getting less starts on the big club. Then the two might both be more productive off the bench in September when the manager has the flexibility of a larger bench.

I am rooting for Scott big time but I couldn't agree with you more, A-town. He needs ABs without feeling like he is letting the clubhouse down and where he can work on his timing and awareness. Like not swinging at sliders in the dirt. I would add JP to the big club for his defense as his shortstop is better than Cabrera after we have a lead.

We all know it should be Kingery, Crawford adds more as a back-up SS and defensive utility option, but it seems unlikely. They will probably just swap Crawford for Cozens, they don't really need a 5th OF and Kingery can play there anyway (Crawford surely can too, we just haven't seen it).

Most likely. Cabrera in the OF will make sense occasionally, though obviously having Hoskins and Cabrera around anyone in CF would be a pretty bad OF.
