The question is at what point this season do we start bringing in a defensive sub for him also. Seems crazy, he has been a very good SS, but this season he has been bad (despite advanced stats saying otherwise). The crucial ball in play hit to him is not a good feeling.
I get it is an overreaction, everyone has bad plays (anyone remember Utley literally turning a win into a loss with a bottom of the 9th bad throw), but I can't think that he has any confidence left. He knows he blew it yesterday. He knows he has been awful. I fear he is sitting there thinking "please don't hit it to me" in crucial situations.
