Wow, missed a wild one. I tried to listen on radio but Sirius XM didn't have it, maybe it was on a national radio broadcast but I couldn't fiddle with the dial too much.
Given the Suarez situation I (surprise) am not inclined to get all excited about Kapler's 13th-inning bullpen management. He tried to win the game in 9 on a night where had neither Morgan nor Neris. Easy to say he should have gotten more out of Morin or Nicasio (or Pivetta) but they might have failed to.
Like it or not, this front office/manager (and many others in baseball) don't think it's a big deal to use position players as relievers, and by definition it isn't always in a blowout (since it often happens in extra inning games).
The Phillies don't win when they score 3 runs, that much we already know. In 9 or 15.
