Cutch has been hitting some balls hard that were just right at people. Just not seeing that with Kingery yet.
A little surprised they are going with Bruce against the LHP as that is not his strength. I guess he is streaky and has earned the playing time so far.
3 starts in a row I think for Quinn. Girardi clearly loves the CF defense but the offense has been erratic. We'll still see Haseley against all RHP but I think he wants Quinn to start more than 50% of the time which might mean LHP plus one or two starts a week against RHP.
Admittedly it is hard to criticize any of these moves as falling into patterns and prioritizing veterans. I just think they probably need to shake things up with Bohm sooner rather than later. The Gosselin opening game was nice, but I just don't see him as a consistent power source. Chances are they will have an injury somewhere of course. Bohm could be promoted to fill any roster spot except catcher.
