Not that a call-up wouldn't be preferable but I gather De Los Santos is also supposed to pitch in the AAA all-star game Wednesday. Seems like he should sit out the Pigs' next series regardless.
Florimon move certainly gets it done but with the trade deadline approaching, hanging onto that card might also make sense. Of course they could also be deleting guys in the actual trades.
I think it probably depends more on how the next three games go. If the bullpen is rested they could try to go with Leiter Jr.
If the 10-day rule can't be waived, seems like they are out of pitchers. Curtis and Milner would be only options (one to replace Anderson, one to be #26) other than the younger guys who haven't been used yet. But maybe they just intend to call up Walding for tomorrow, especially given Hernandez's status. As far as we know Garcia still not ready.
