It seems pretty clear that the Phillies do not have Franco in the long range plan.
Arano did a great job and yes, I am probably too critical of the walk. Still with two out and 0-2 count, he probably should be more confident in challenging the hitter and forcing him to put it in play or strike out. As I recall, at least two of the balls could have been called a strike to end the game.
Phillies have another off day and then start the 11 game road trip leading to the all star break. A good chance to better the road record. The bullpen should be rested and hopefully ready for a strong string of games. They do have to come up with a starter or two with the double header with the Mets next week.
The top of the order will be back. The Phillies only had 8 hits total in the two games against Baltimore, but win both games.
