I'm still not sure it matters, last year's team blew games in the 6-7-8 just as surely as the 9, even if the former still leaves you with chances to win and he latter always stings more. Granted, you can't argue with Hector's results out of the closer role. Just too bad the Phillies replaced him with Familia. Especially since they greatly misjudged his arm/stuff. They have been fortunate that Thomson is less rigid about bullpen roles and that Seranthony has stepped up if he wants to be.
