Well fair enough. I can see why Kapler's love of Kingery would irk you then. Clearly neither he nor the front office think of much of Franco, but that ship sailed when they made Crawford the 3B again.
I don't think the difference is big enough to matter though, especially since Kingery is a rookie showing signs of improvement (both defensively and offensively) whereas Franco, while not as awful as he was last year, likely is what he is. Franco had a pretty good June, you would think they'd want to play him just for trade possibilities...unless they are afraid he'll crater.
