Not sure I want either one. Thomas would be the right-handed OF bat we want, though he'll be relatively expensive with a couple more years of control left.

It is kind of amazing how Dominic Smith has lost all his power the last 3 years and he is still only 28. He was only a platoon player, but his first few years with the Mets he had some legit power. He still gets on base so he is not an awful placeholder for a rebuilding team, but this is not how his career looked like it would go. Was more expecting him to age into a .230 hitter with power.
