Bruce is sitting against a LHP. He has negative splits this year, but career has a 100 point OPS advantage against RHP.

Agree with giving Franco some more opportunities. If he does not hit though I would seriously consider trying to get him to AAA. He is not a good bench player with no speed and defense to speak of, so if he does not hit they really need to make Kingery the 3B and then some combination of Quinn, Haseley, and Williams filling the OF (with Harper and Bruce).

Agree, but I see no reason to bring Williams back, let him pad his numbers in AAA until the trade deadline. There's no roster spot anyway is there? If Kingery is your starting 3B and Quinn is your starting CF your bench is Haseley, Knapp, Rodriguez, Miller, and since Williams doesn't hit off the bench and can only play LF (for all intents and purposes he'll never go to right) I'm not sure he's preferable to Miller. Of course any of those bench guys are expendable for an outside upgrade.

Wasn’t a ground out, originally called out, overturned to safe. Ball hit too slowly, Franco made good. Try, but he beat it out.
