I have not seen a single at bat this year where Moniak looks like he is ready to hit decent pitching. Odubel is playing well. Keep Vierling when the other infielders are healthy and send Moniak down to learn how to hit.
Having extra infielders will help with Bohm. He really needs a day off here and there and a defensive sub late.
Probably time to put Ranger on notice for the 5th starter job too. Command is not there this season for the most part and it is hard to tell if fatigue is an issue. Might be a little of that, but it might also be that there is a book on him now and it is harder to get hitters out once that happens.
Hard to complain too much after the win streak of course. In general this is a team that can hit and score runs and has pretty good starting pitching paired with an acceptable bullpen. They definitely can get in the 86-88 win range if things continue to fall into place for them.
