Manager thinks Segura's hot streak was because he was hitting in the middle of the order (5th) and he was cold in the leadoff spot. Not a lot of logic there, but it is what it is. Schwarber should not be near the top against a LHP.
Frankly I might give Quinn a shot or two against LHP. He seems to press at the bottom of the order with men on base and was walking a lot in his brief trip to the minors this year. I figure Quinn has a couple of weeks to show he is better than Veirling or Kingery, so might as well give him a shot at something he is supposed to be good at.
