Another sad and disappointing day in what so far has been a dismal season.

Still way too early to judge the Kapler approach but so far, irs not looking good. I think he will prove to be much better than these five games suggest but it certainly is true that he has contributed to the bad start in a much greater way than I can recall a manager doing. His season grade TBD. Grade to date, F.

Regardless of the manager, the offense just is not good enough, the defense had been shaky, and I am not seeing the positive team spirit/chemistry I had hoped was going to be there.

Five games is SSS and I fully expect the next 157 will prove to be much better. Maybe going home will trigger a turn around.
