No, but they've gotten several of those calls too
Wheeler sitting at 85 pitches
Agreed, the ump has been consistent with his low strike zone
We need to come right back and score runs. Step on their neck time.
Nick Castellanos
Pitching Change: Pierce Johnson replaces Joe Jimenez.Called strike (85.4 mph curveball)In play, out(s) (85.9 mph curveball)
Nick Castellanos lines out sharply to center fielder Michael Harris II.
Probably a generous call there. Wheeler has another inning if he wants it I think.
While Turner bounced back offensively after 8/3, his defense has not.
Wheeler at 85 pitches. Taking him out now would probably help him in his next start. The runner was stopped at third and scored after Turner failed to handle the throw from the outfield. Run is unearned, but it could give the Braves a spark of life. Hated the two out walk especially after a 1-2 count. Pitches were not that bad but Wheller had to not issue that walk.
Let's score to turn the momentum.

I would save Wheeler. We should be able to use 3 relievers and hold on here, but some more runs from the offense would be nice.
Every out matters. The pen is rested and has an off day tomorrow. Don't wait until Wheeler starts giving up hard hits to take him out.
With Hoffman warming i guess he's going Wheeler vs Olson and the Hoffman against the righties?
