I never expected them to be good and agree that at least 2 picks should be on the defensive side. However, they do have a lot of talent on the offensive side of the ball and simply didn't get much done.
I just don't understand the optimism for a playoff birth when the team could have gotten a lot more experience by trying to build talent or a system instead of trying to beat bad teams.
I didn't want the team to tank, but "tanking" did feel familiar as I don't want to see middling team (which is what the Sixers were with MCW) and would rather see a push to being a competitive team.
