Intent of that was that the season does not start. I didn’t include a no spring training as I am assuming that will happen (but of course it may not). This chose of no season starts would indicate that the season is cancelled prior to game 1.
Think of it as “No Season” or “No, Season cancelled before it starts” if you prefer
