Does Nick Foles qualify and finish in the top 15 in QB Rating (OT)

Just curious how many see him as a good or better NFL Starter or was his play just a good match to a system

I am going to say No. Foles has a good situation, a very, very good defense, probably a good running game, he doesnt really have to win the games himself.

I am of the opinion that Foles is a bit of an enigma. He is not a complete NFL QB, he runs certain types of plays very well and if he is forced to play too many games in a season he will be exposed. Pederson did a masterful job of designing an offense around what he does well, avoiding what he doesnt and there just wasnt enough reps for defenses to really get a solid hold on what he excels at.

I would like to see the guy succeed, I hope he does, but my guess is that this contract is going to be a monumental bust.

I say no. He likely ranks 16-20. Although he has had prolonged very good stretches, he isn't consistent and he hasn't worked a whole season lately. A plus sub, but I don't think a plus starter.

top 15 or no top 15. not sure. he won a super bowl and out dueled a HOF in that game. Top 15 in the league this year, i'd say yes. you'd have to name 15 better and i'll have to agree. the point is mute anyway for the eagles going forward. if they have the "dink and dunk" king again this year, they are going no where.

Honestly have no clue. Will the Jags return to 2017 form (with his help)? And does he have to rate high for them to succeed? Certainly I'm fond of the guy for what he did (including his first stint) but I don't think his performance going forward will make me think they should have kept him. The only thing that would make me think that is a season-ending Wentz injury. Otherwise, he's Sam Bradford as far as I'm concerned.

Jags have good skill personnel and Nick will figure out the system (and the coordinator knows him). probably somewhere around #10 in QBR, I'd guess, if he stays healthy.
