Phormer Phillies pitcher Ed Farmer
I didn't know that Farmer had two tours of duty with the Phillies, 1974 and 1982-83. No disrespect intended but looking over his baseball-reference page, it's remarkable that he had a thirteen year career. But, perhaps he will posthumously gain admission to the broadcasters' wing of the HOF.
Sad to hear about Bill Withers, my favorite song writer. He literally walked away from fame to live a happy life instead, smart man.
