This is true... but the Home page list exactly the same recent posts in it's right-side panel.

Walker's velocity and command were off, hope it's just "dead arm" and not a sign of an injury.
Give him a week off to recover and they'll have a better read for him the rest of the season - if that doesn't work, MRI time.

Thought Walker got jobbed at the plate a few times, too. It felt like Walker's close pitches were somehow an inch off the plate, but the Twins' guy's were somehow just an inch over. I can't wait for electronic calls at the plate. Today's umps miss a lot.

Everybody loves Schwarber, but there are several better LFs on the bench. Cost the Phils a run in the 1st. Might cost more in the future. Big Rob has no problem putting him out there, though. Go figure. Sentimental???

Harper was the DH last night and today because of coming back from the minor back injury. When Harper DHs the choice is either Schwarber as LF or Schwarber on the bench. Nothing sentimental about it

OK, I see the need to play Schwarber in LF when Harper DHs - just got real annoyed that the Phils had to offer the Twins 4 outs in the first.

OTOH, I seem to remember a couple games when Harper played 1B and Schwarber was still in LF... Big Rob doesn't pinch run for him late in the game either which should be a reflex...

I'm glad to see Marte sent down - always seems to put 2 on before he gets his rhythm - but Ortiz looked worse in his last outing.

Ortiz might be just rotating a fresh arm in for a few days until they call up Alvarado by Friday. Such is the life of a middle reliever with options. At least he'll make $4,000 a day for a few days this week.

Great MLB teams lose 35% or so of their games, and sometimes look awful doing it.

I’m afraid I don’t follow the “team owes the fans” argument. I don’t think they weren’t trying, and I don’t feel entitled to a particular outcome.

Really, we all know this is a long season and I have no doubts that the players are trying to win every game. But the nature of baseball is just such that no team is going to win much more than 2 games in 3. Losses come in many varieties and some are not fun to watch. The thing I like is there is another game coming up and a chance to do well.

Tough , tough 2 games. I'm just hoping that this fiasco, that followed the called third strike on Bohm, does not define the season. 2 losses in a row to the Twins with 2 against the Blue Jays would put them on a 4 game losing streak against the Nationals. if they only win 1 there, then look out. Bad JuJu.

Ran up against two tough pitchers. Kind of halted our offensive outburst of the past couple weeks (which was against mostly subpar pitching). Hopefully we get going again Tuesday. Going to have to figure out how to score against the better pitchers to be successful in the postseason.

Hoping for more consistency from the team. The hitting seemed like it was coming around. Maybe the Twins pitching was just great those two games, but the Phils looked flat going after them.

It appears Thompson strongly believes in giving his bench guys starts oftenIp. I wish he wouldn’t do it on the same day. Castro appears to be a younger Harrison.

Schwarber needs to move down in the line-up.
