Hale is actually a Princeton guy. His baseball-reference line ends with the Phillies in 2021--no Majors, minors or foreign league stats. I guess after his release he decided to do something with that degree.

This is true. Found many pictures but old uniforms did not have numbers on front and any action shots I found did not have numbers. Since no one else is doing this, I initially look for interesting older Phillies if I can find a good pic. Everyone must still be in their WS hangover!
