So, it's done. Phillies-Cardinals. Much as I've preferred this path all along, this is not the same Cardinals team from July (and even then the Phillies dropped the last two of the four games in St. Louis).
Cards have 93 wins to the Phillies' 87, a +137 run differential to the Phillies' +63, a .654 home winning percentage and a .634 second-half winning percentage (.532 in the first half). They also went 22-7 in August to dispatch the Brewers, then cooled off some in September (15-11). And built their record on a lot of bad teams much like the Phillies. So hey, anything could happen.
