On your definitely gone list I would probably single out Franco, Williams, Vargas, and Hunter as a little less than 90%.
Franco - we still need a bridge to Bohm. It is probably more than 50% likely he is gone, but he is also not that expensive and his defense was a little better this year.
Williams - a new manager probably makes him less than 90% too. Would require dealing Bruce, but that is not impossible.
Hunter - Depends on his recovery from his injury (flexor tendon). If he recovers and would sign a low cost incentive laden contract, he is the type of formerly durable arm we need as depth.
Vargas - I would not do it, but $6 million net on the option is really not that much. I think he is not a starter on a good team, but he is certainly decent depth if he went into the year as a 6th starter.
I get the feeling there might be less turnover than all of us think simply because keeping some of these players would be relatively inexpensive.
