The Cardinals are in the 24th-largest market in baseball. You'd have to do away with that as part of the calculation. Which would probably mean punishing several other teams, and also rewarding cheap, tanking or poorly-run large-market teams, by going to a revenue-only system. The better fix would be for other small-market teams to run their business as well as the Cardinals. And the big-market teams too!
