I'm really excited for this team, I think we are in for some meaningful games. They are young and talented and will undoubtedly have some growing pains and mistakes along the way. The division looks weak going in and our schedule looks easy for the first month and a half so there is hope for a good start which should build confidence. I think we most likely end up in the 86-90 range and are in the hunt.

I want to say higher number, but I just don't see more than a couple above average players on this team and some real holes that hopefully will eventually get filled

With Arrietta in and Eickhoff sidelined for I'm guessing at least the first month of season, I predict 84-85 wins.

I'm in the majority group. We're gonna get a lot more entertainment and games that matter than we've had for a long time. It's still more likely to be a find out what we have season than something like last year's Twins,but as the cliche goes...

I picked 86-90 because I think they will be in mid-eighties so I made the more optimistic pick.

The Phillies gave up almost 100 more runs than they scored last year. Even with some improvement from one or two of the young hitters, and a little more offense from C and 1B, I don't see enough to make up that difference. Even though Arrieta's on the decline, he'll be better than the non-Nola starters were last year, but again that's not a big bump. I think they'll struggle to reach .500.

Well it’s a little over half way and we are on a pace to win 91 and it’s a good bet we make some tweaks or more before the trade deadline. Look what we thought going in.

well, I think we're the 2015 Astros but they missed the playoffs in 2016. But the difference in both cases is $.

It's easy to forget that the '80 Phillies stumbled through most of the season. On August 10, the day of the Dallas Green locker room explosion, they were 55-52 and six games back in third place after a doubleheader (and four game series) sweep at the hands of the Pirates.
