Yep. Look at Pivetta, some games he looks totally lost, others he has been dominant. Leiter has shut down some good lineups. Eickhoff was a solid pitcher last year, hopefully he'll be healthy next year.
There's a lot of young pitching talent that has garnered some ML experience, and a bunch of good arms right behind them (Eshelman, Anderson, Kilome, El Garcia, Tavares. etc.).
