It is now vs projection. Fisher is low 90s with the ability to spin the ball, but not really good shape yet. I like Fisher a lot, but he is raw and needs to be shaped into something, and that something could be good, but it isn't there yet.
Wood might have the best raw stuff in the draft. The fastball is a ++ pitch and the curveball is +, and it seems like the Phillies can get the slider to where it needs to be (they did that with Klassen and others). The health is a worry, but his size isn't really a problem. I get the worries, but I think you are overlooking just how good Wood's fastball in particular is.
