We shall see with Seranthony. He generally has a couple of nice runs during a season - earlier this year with the Phils he was very good for about a month and a half.
He's been pitching the 8th and 9th for the O's and is on a nice little run, but he's only seen two situations that could be described as high-leverage. He got a hold entering a game with a one-run lead in the 8th against the Padres; the other night, he got the save entering the 9th with a 2-run lead.
He's got experience in these situations, which is the one positive for him, but if I were the Os I would have been hoping this streak started in mid-September rather than now. There have been a lot of long periods of mediocrity between his hot streaks over the last couple of years.
