Isn't that a bit overblown given what we know so far?
I mean if all Kapler knew was an underaged player gave an underaged girl alcohol, geez, guess that means 90% of HS kids in Texas (and probably most states, I had a girl friend from NJ who used to go drinking with friends in the wood at 14) should be turned over to the cops@!
It was her friends who "assaulted" her (and the assault doesn't sound very serious) not the players.
As far as the sexual assault allegations, if they were made after they tried to get money from Kapler, and taken to the police without the knowledge of the Dodger organization, how is that a lapse?
