Echoing the important "if true"...it's unlikely that the Hall of Fame will mention this anywhere, even if he's found guilty (and of course it could be true even if Rivera is acquitted). There are several Hall of Famers who have been convicted of crimes, and there's no mention of it in the museum that I can remember. I just looked at Orlando Cepeda's page, and there's no mention of his criminal record. I think he's the only convicted criminal in the Hall. Of course if Pete Rose ever gets in...
