He has got a point though I guess managers are more aggressive about doing that with younger players and 2019 Acuna was really young. Guessing this is something that Snitker regrets and was an unconscious omission this time around. The Phillies minor league suspension records with young Latino players were so bad for a time one can really blame the organization and the support structure they create for players.

I really honestly think the White Sox may have already played their best baseball they can get to 130. There is literally nothing on that team, one could say they should sell at the deadline and no one want any of their players.

I say keep him in the HOF but if found guilty there has got to be a mention as to who he was as a person.

Echoing the important "if true"...it's unlikely that the Hall of Fame will mention this anywhere, even if he's found guilty (and of course it could be true even if Rivera is acquitted). There are several Hall of Famers who have been convicted of crimes, and there's no mention of it in the museum that I can remember. I just looked at Orlando Cepeda's page, and there's no mention of his criminal record. I think he's the only convicted criminal in the Hall. Of course if Pete Rose ever gets in...
