He's very clearly a better pitcher than Kennedy but that was already true. I still don't think it really matters, this bullpen is gonna blow some saves (Ranger blew half of his). Alvarado was the guy who really wasn't suited for the role. Hector always seems to have a slump is all.

Wow, JT really is in a slump. Down swinging on a pitch well out of the strike zone, inside and high, but he swatted at it.

Another horrendous loss and again, the bullpen blows the save and loses the game.

Disappointing.

Tonight’s loss is a tough one to swallow. A good part of the blame goes to the sputtering offense (except for Harper, of course). But I think it’s time to make a change in the back end of the bullpen. I’d put Neris back in the closers role and use Kennedy similar to how Neris is being used now.

Why can't the Phillies put together a bullpen? I mean they have been horrible for the last three seasons. Next year, I think they should flush the whole bullpen and just draft college starters and convert them all to bullpen arms and bring them all up for a whole new bullpen.
