The Phillies current pen matches up well against an aggressive young team that would probably eat up fireballer RPs but struggles against our junk ballers.
Velasquez is not a SP, he has no command of his breaking balls, consistently goes deep into counts - baseball is starting to realize that high K rates in and of themselves are not that good, because 4-5 inning pitchers kill your bullpen. He belongs in the pen where he can primarily throw FBs without losing explosion and running up pitch counts for one inning isn't a big problem.
Kingery and Haseley are solid pieces, Haseley keeps growing in front of our eyes this season. And Kingery shows you don't have to hit 450' HRs to be a power hitter, he has solid 390-410 power, which will leave most ballparks.
