It does seem that we have expanded the number of semi-reliable relievers we have available. I am not sure I would put Hammer in there yet, but Coonrod, Bradley and Kennedy today and then we have the second platoon of Brogdon, Alvarado, and Neris tomorrow. Nobody is great, but I do get the feeling we can muddle through most games giving up only a couple of runs with one of those sets of relievers.
We are going to need more offense eventually. Hopefully JT can get healthy because that would give us a deeper lineup if he is catching. The lack of a catching roster move when the rosters expanded was a good sign about his health.
