When there are facts that show a player is lying when talking about a pitch he delivered that hit a player, that player should be fined or suspended.

Phillies may be giving the Rays their season knockout punch. They were barely hanging on to the periphery of the AL Wild Card race but are now seven games back and need to climb over five teams.
Any discipline against the Phillies? I was thinking Casty and Harper might get fined.
