I think he's either well enough to play or needs to be on the IL. The same is almost certainly true of Harper. Now, it's possible Turner actually aggravated it at some point in the last few weeks since he was on fire the first half of July. But banged-up stars playing at 75% at the end of the season is part of baseball, and still better than playing a significantly lesser guy who's 100%, even if it might not seem that way during a cold streak (but those happen healthy too). But he was pretty much the best hitter in the league just a month ago, and is still hitting .300 on the year.
Now, the truth is the Phillies are still cruising to the NL East, and more off-days should be in order. For Harper and JT too (perhaps especially).
