Yeah that could work post-Hoskins though I also wonder if Bryce would end up in LF before he ends up at DH or 1B.
I also can't help but wonder if Hoskins would have been just fine, had he been able to do it for longer. Not good, but again, we're talking Luzinski/Matt Stairs/Burrell standards. I mean, they moved him in the first place because they insisted he graded out well enough in his limited 2017 LF action. And they liked Santana both for the offense and as a defensive upgrade. But then nearly everything they did since (including in-season during 2018) suggested they did not value defense at all, and that has carried over to this front office too.
If they sign Turner I could see Stott, Turner and Sosa all playing a little bit of 3B too. Just hard to give Bohm days at 1B or DH with Hoskins and Castellanos also here. When those guys get days off those are DH/1B opportunities for Schwarber or Harper (or Hall or someone we don't have yet).
