I feel sorry for Wheeler not having a shot at a win tonight. Still comes back to Hoskins not making an easy catch of a ball that was right to him and bounced right into/off his glove.

I mean, I guess once he botched Inciarte he couldn't be removed, and we don't exactly have the depth to use Morgan as one-batter guy, but there were certainly options (including just letting Hunter start). Just a bad one for Morgan.

It's always easy to second guess, but until you have multiple relievers that get the job done more often than not, it is going to take some luck to get through these games.

Phillies still can win this game. Need to score runs though.

Next week it might to be Ranger Suarez in that situation instead of Morgan. Not sure that’s a lock, though, given how much time he’s missed

I mean, I do absolutely support going to your best relievers in the 6th inning instead of saving them for a moment that might never come, Morgan just had a bad night. And if he can't get Inciarte no point in saving him for Freeman.
