Even with their many holes the Mets line-up has plenty of perfectly credible major league hitters, young, old and otherwise. Especially when you give them a few gift errors.
Remember how the they used to put a better defensive team in when Moyer pitched because he generated a lot of ground balls to the left side? That's not something this team can do.
