Gosh, seems like we have been here before. I get the felling that this game is gone already. I know that I could be way off and I sure hope I am.

In an ideal (as in normal season) case, Howard would have been making starts at AAA and called up when he was pitching well. It looks to me like he needs more starts to develop. Maybe some less than ideal major league starts will allow him to develop and be ready to be an important part of the rotation in 2021.
