Arrieta is only worth re-signing to a #4/#5 deal, you can see he's lost arm strength and is on the downslope, when he tires the command goes because he has to work hard just to maintain 92-93 velo. Eflin is a better pitcher at this point (remember, the back problems limited his work, so he's still in ST mode).
Segura and Didi are 30+ with declining range, decent power but not selective, so you're talking .750 OPS guys with deteriorating defensive skills - not guys you pay $15M a year to keep.
Cutch looks cooked, the leg might limit his range, but he doesn't look like he can hit anymore.
I'd QO Realmuto and take the compensation, because he's having a big year, will get overpaid on a 5-6 year deal at $25+M, be 30 next year and not worth the money in 2-3 years, and this team isn't one year from contending.
Problem at trade deadline is the assets we'd move have little or no value.
I do like Brogdon's stuff, a plus changeup once he relaxed, a decent slider and a 93-95 FB, if he puts it together he can be a solid middle RP.
Velasquez is a 28 year old head case, time to move on.
