As @Matt_Winkelman pointed out on Twitter, we already took Howard out of the rotation today, so no net gain in starter depth (though certainly in length). So until Eflin comes back, it's either Vince or Anderson. And probably now it's Anderson.
Radio guys are talking about how long it would take to get Ranger ready as a starter, and the same is probably true of Falter. And Hamels.
