I really wish Hernandez would not hit differently in the leadoff spot than the rest of the time. When in the leadoff spot he is very patient, works counts, bunts and tries to get on.
For some reason he acts differently when he hits somewhere else. He loads up and swings harder and just doesnât work the count like he did. He never bunts (faked it there once). He needs to realize he was a bear all-star player a couple years ago, that should be his approach no matter where he hits in the order.
