Roller coaster ride continues - Phillies win 4th straight after ending a 5-game losing streak

Nice win on a day the offense didn't contribute much. Lead off home run from Schwarber turns out to be enough. Tremendous pitching and a well earned win for Walker and save number 9 for Kimbrel, who strikes out the side to nail down the win.

Go for a sweep tomorrow.

Now I really am afraid of Kimbrel, we should not let him pitch again (if reverse jinx is active, let's see if I can really get it going). Very disappointing it took so many pitches to get 3 K's, he should be able to do it more efficiently.

Two hours seven minutes has to be one of the fastest games this year. Neither team made a pitching change during an inning and not many base runners.

Good to be playing Detroit is right. The pitching has been better this stretch though which I think is the crucial part. If Nola, Wheeler and Walker can sustain and the offense be more consistent, we'll be in the hunt.
